About the event
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” - Maya Angelou
The purpose of this support group is for Black Women and those who love and appreciate us to decompress and share whatever is on our hearts, minds, or spirits in a safe, supportive space. Because we really do value free association, inclusivity, and allowing others the space JUST to BE, the “theme” of each session will differ.
We are not a performative bunch. We intend to offer and receive the reassurance and relatability necessary to help each other get through - together.
We will host the group virtually on the first Wednesday of each month. And because we value and appreciate your time, each session will begin promptly at 7 pm ET and end at 8:30 pm ET.
