Our aerial & movement retreats use aerial arts (lyra, pole & silks), dance and yoga to tap into our inner BAD GYALS. Vacation Retreats- Our vacation retreats are just THAT... part vacation and part retreat. We curate unforgettable experiences in beautiful locations for individuals, friend groups, couples and families. Weekend Retreats- Our weekend retreats are focused on relaxing, resetting and personal development. Spend the weekend doing YOU and making the time to center your wellness.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for each day to gain access for the entire weekend?

No. Each ticket is for the full weekend and will grant you admission to activities for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Arrival on Friday and attendance on each day is highly encouraged as there are no price reductions or discounts available. Tickets may be purchased on our Eventbrite event page or here through our partner if you want to avoid the Eventbrite fees.

I am interested in the retreat but want to talk to someone before I pay for my ticket. Can we talk?

Sure! We love connecting with folks. You can set up a 15-minute retreat consultation to speak with us and get all of your questions answered by using this link.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. You can transfer your ticket to another person or get a credit for another retreat within the next year.

Is there a charge for parking?

Parking at the hotel and spa are complimentary. The spa offers valet parking for $15 per car or free parking which requires a short walk to the entrance. Carpooling options will be available.

Which spa will we be going to?

We’ll be spending the afternoon at SoJo Spa in Edgewater, NJ. The Spa is 14 minutes away from where we'll be staying. You will have access to all of the facilities during our time at the spa. You can also book additional spa services if you would like a specific spa treatment.

Are my meals covered?

Yes, all group meals are included your ticket for the weekend. Saturday's lunch can be purchased at the Spa. Wine will also be provided during our group activities.

Do I have to do all of the activities?

No! We’d love for you to do everything but you are free to do as much or as little with the group as you want for the entire weekend. This is about YOU getting what you need to feel good.

Will I have a roommate?

Book the shared ticket and you will be sharing a room with someone else. If you come with a friend or partner and you’ll be able to share a room with someone you know. If not, you’ll be assigned a roomie (your new bestie) for the weekend. Book the solo ticket and you will have your room all to yourself.

What do I need to bring with me?

Once registered you will receive a full list of items to bring with you. Some of the items include: a bathing suit, your medications, pajamas for Saturday’s evening activities and BYOB.

How will we get updates before the retreat?

You will be invited to join our GroupMe where we will post announcements and other retreat related information.
