"Some of your problems may not be your fault, but they’re always your responsibility." -Mike Matthews Ready to “get real & deal with your shit?” This virtual coaching session is customized to meet the needs of each individual. It is an opportunity to work through issues that may be impacting your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. It is important to note that this isn't meant to be a clinical experience focused on diagnosing a mental illness or solely focused on your mental health. The session will feel similar to what people experience in a session with a life coach! What to Expect: Virtual sessions happen via Zoom and last for about 1 hour. You can expect: To be centered- You will have opportunities for reflection, sharing, learning, planning and making a commitment to yourself. You will be seen, heard and met with warm energy. To learn- Our coaches are lifelong learners that believe that our lives have been made better by learning and applying lessons (some of which were learned in the hardest of ways). We use a combination of activities, assessments, prompts, worksheets and other materials to guide learning in sessions. An experience- Our approach is empathetic, down-to-earth, relatable and respectful. We believe that you are the expert and CEO of your life. Our work with you will empower you to set the direction and goals of our interactions. We pay attention to every detail to ensure your session feels meaningful and memorable.
